DIABETIC FOOT – POST INFECTIVE COMPOSITE SOFT TISSUE LOSS DORSUM FOOT

50 year old Diabetic and Hypertensive was admitted in Medical intensive care unit with infection in the foot. He was referred to plastic surgery for management of infection in the foot. He underwent surgical debridement followed by negative pressure wound therapy. followed by skin grafting. The results are shown below
