This is a case of cemento-osseous dysplasia. This tumor was causing her great distress and was a relatively complex removal. The surgery was performed years prior and she came to clinic for follow up.

They discussed further surgery for cosmetic purposes, but she stated she was happy to have the tumor removed and did not want to pursue any additional surgical procedures.
